摘　　要：当前国内国际环境的新变化,对于我国高水平的大学建设,特别是高校基层党组织建设提出了更高的要求。基于党的"十六大"所提出的建设学习型社会的理念,本文探讨了在学习型组织理论视野下构建高校学生党支部工作考核评价体系的重要性。就当前体系所存在的问题,研究了学习型理论视野下新的考核体系的具体内容。Changes in both domestic and international environment require a higher standard on the construction of high- leveled universities, especially on their grass-roots Party organizations. Based on the idea of ＂Learning Society＂ which has been presented by our Party in the 16th CPC National Congress, this paper aims to illustrate the significance of constructing an evaluation system on work efficiency in college students＇ party branches and also discusses the specifics of this system lYorn the existing problems in the perspective of learning organization theory.
