关于改进研究生入学考试和招生录取方式的研究

摘　　要：在回顾我国研究生教育状况之后阐述了提高研究生创造性的重要意义;运用创造性社会心理学的理论对我国硕士研究生入学考试和招生录取方式进行分析,并指出它的局限性;引进考生"已有学术和科研能力评价"项目,并建议把它当作招生录取的重要依据之一,强调此举将有助于使研究生的创造力在一个更高的起点上开始培养,也有助于科研活动的普及与提高。After a review of graduate education situation in China, the article expounds the importance of improving the graduate student＇s creativity. By using the creative social psychology theory, the author analyzes the graduate student＇s entrance examinations and enrollment methods, and points out its limitations. The article also introduces the＂existing academic and research capacity evaluation project＂, and recommends it as one of the important basis for enrollment methods. The author emphasizes that this measure can help the graduate student improve their creativity, and also contribute to the popularity and improvement of the research activities.
