摘　　要：文章对移动出版现有的产业运作模式进行了分析和概括,总结了移动出版产业主要的运作模式,即"软"内容+"硬"设备的合作模式,并通过模型图和特征分析对这种模式进行了详细的解释。同时作者还对这种模式的优势和弊端进行了分析,并给出了相应的建议和措施。This article analyzes the major operational model of mobile publishing industry.It is found that the major operational model is a model of collaboration between ＂soft＂ content and ＂hard＂ equipment.By analyzing the diagram and the characteristics of this model,the author explains this model in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of this model are also analyzed and discussed.Furthermore,the author makes corresponding suggestions and proposes some measures.
