石墨烯修饰金电极的制备及其同时测定多巴胺和尿酸

摘　　要：将Hummers法合成的新鲜石墨烯滴涂于金电极表面,制备了石墨烯修饰金电极(Gr/AuE)。用循环伏安法研究了Gr/AuE的电化学性能,及多巴胺和尿酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:该修饰电极对多巴胺和尿酸都有电催化氧化作用且能在抗坏血酸存在条件下同时测定多巴胺和尿酸。在抗坏血酸存在下差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)氧化峰电流与多巴胺和尿酸的浓度分别在1.0～1000μmol/L和30～1000μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.67μmol/L和6.0μmol/L.Graphene modified gold electrode（Gr/Au） was got by the method that fresh grapheme which was prepared based on the Hummers method was attached to the surface of gold electrode.The electrochemical properties of the graphene modified gold electrode and the electrochemical behaviors of dopamine and uric acid at Gr/AuElectrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The result shows that the electrochemical oxidation and reduction of dopamine and uric acid could be electrocatalyzed.Dopamine and Uric acid could be detected simultaneously with the exist of ascorbic acid.There are linear relationships between the anoidic peak current and the concentration of dopamine（1.0~1000 μmol/L）,uric acid（30~1000 μmol/L） in differential pulse voltammograms,the detection limits are 0.67 μmol/L and 6.0 μmol/L,respectively.
