新疆承接产业转移问题研究

摘　　要：该文在遵循选择承接转移产业的相关原则的基础上,通过构建选择新疆承接转移产业的指标体系,运用主成分分析法,对2007—2010年新疆22个行业的各项指标进行综合分析,依据各产业综合得分及排名,确定"十二五"期间新疆承接转移的重点产业为电气机械及器材制造业、食品制造及烟草加工业、金属矿采选业、石油加工和炼焦及核燃料加工业、农副食品加工业、交通运输设备制造业以及纺织业。最后,结合新疆产业发展实际,提出新疆选择重点产业主要承接区域的建议。Operating on the relevant principles on selection of industrial transfer and the construction of the index system for industrial transfer selection, this paper uses principal component analysis to compre- hensively study 22 industrial indexes in Xinjiang from 2007 to 2010. According to the industrial compre- hensive scores and ranking,the key industries transferred to Xinjiang during the 12th Five-Year-Plan pe- riod are electrical machinery and equipment manufacture, food industry and tobacco industry, metal min- ing industry,petroleum processing and coking industry,nuclear fuel processing industry, processing in- dustry of agricultural and sideline products, transportation equipment manufacture and textile industry. To conclude,a suggestion is proposed of selecting major areas to undertake key transferred industries with reference to the actual industrial development in Xinjiang.
