摘　　要：该文从提出历史背景、界定矛盾标准、解决矛盾途径和处理矛盾贡献等四个方面入手,对毛泽东、胡锦涛关于正确处理人民内部矛盾问题的论述进行比较分析,其用意在于继承遗产,广纳言之,寻求解决新时期正确处理好人民内部矛盾问题的破解之道。This paper makes comparative amaylyis of Mao Zedong＇s and Hu Jintao＇s statements of the correct handling of contradictions among the people from four aspects of historical background, criterions to define contradictions,approaches to handle contradictions and contributions Mao and Hu made. It at- tempts to inherit political legacy,extensively taking good advice in order to seek solutions to the contra- dictions among the people in new period.
