西南边疆艾滋病疫情发展与公共卫生管理创新对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,西南边疆一直是我国艾滋病疫情最严重的地区。特别是近十年来,西南边疆艾滋病疫情发展蔓延显现出的公共卫生危机,必须予以高度警觉。从西南边疆艾滋病疫情发展的特殊实际出发,创新公共卫生社会管理、提高公共卫生管理水平,是化解边疆艾滋病公共卫生危机的重要路径,亦是防控艾滋病的治本之策。Since the reform and opening-up, AIDS epidemic is most severe in the southwestern frontier of China. Especially in the last ten years, the spread of AIDS epidemic in this region has caused public health crisis, which should be vigilant. From the practical condition of AIDS epidemic in western frontier, the resolve to the crisis and the prevention of AIDS lie in the innovative and improved management of public health.
