摘　　要：海洋工程产业与能源问题密切相关,从发展伊始就受到世界各国的重视。东亚及周边地区的区域经济一体化,为中国海洋工程产业的发展创造了许多有利条件。虽然发展水平还不是很高,但中国海洋工程产业应当抓住机遇,开拓创新,积极学习国外先进的技术和管理经验,以企在国际市场占据重要的位置。The offshore engineering industry is closely related to energy problems and is taken se- riously by all the countries in the world from the beginning of its development. The regional economic integration of East Asia and its surrounding areas brought quite a few advantages to the development of offshore engineering industry in China. The development level is low, but the offshore engineering industry in China should seize the opportunity, pioneer, innovate and study foreign advanced technol- ogy and management experience actively in order that it can occupy one important position in the inter- national market.
