海南粗榧内生真菌S27次级代谢产物的研究

摘　　要：从一株海南粗榧内生真菌S27发酵液中分离得到6个化合物,经波谱数据分析,鉴定其结构为细胞松弛素D(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、过氧化麦角甾醇(3)、2-hexylidene-3-meth-ylsuccinic acid(4)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁基酯(5)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)-己基酯(6)。以上化合物均为首次从该菌株中得到。six compounds were isolated from the fermenting filtrate of endophytic fungus S27 derived from Cephalotaxus hainanensis.Their structures were identified based on spectral data：cytochalasin D（1）,（22E,24R）-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol（2）,（22E,24R）-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol（3）,2-hexylidene-3-methylsuccinic acid（4）,dibutylo-phthalate（5）,bis-（2-ethyl）-hexylo-phalate（6）.
