Study on the Sweeping Stanchion of High Formwork Supporting Frame with Pulley-clip Style Based on the Complete Equivalent Initial Imperfection Method

摘  要:针对高支模体系影响因素繁多的特点,采用了全等效初始缺陷法分析了轮扣式高支模架的扫地杆搭设对其承载力的影响。通过有限元数值模型分析研究发现:扫地杆的搭设对轮扣式钢管支模架的稳定承载能力有重要的影响;当扫地杆搭设高度在0.1~1.0 m之间变化时,轮扣式支模架稳定承载力的先增大后减小,最大值比最小值增加了约10%;建议在轮扣式钢管支模架施工时应设置扫地杆且设置高度不宜超过0.4 m。研究成果可为高支模工程提供参考。Considering many influential factors of the high formwork supporting frame,the thesis adopted the method of the complete equivalent initial imperfection to analyze the influence of its sweeping stanchion on its bearing capacity.Through the analysis of finite element numerical model,the following conclusions can be achieved: the layout of the sweeping stanchion has important influence on the stability bearing capacity of the high formwork supporting frame;the stability bearing capacity of the high formwork supporting frame first increases,then decreases,when setting height of the sweeping stanchion changes from 0.1m to1.0 m,and maximum value increases about 10% than the minimum value.It is suggested that the sweeping stanchion should be set and height should be lower than 0.4 m.The study on the high formwork supporting frame with pulley-clip style provides some reference for other similar formwork technology of projects.
