摘　　要：以L-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐为原料,经中和后,以3,5-二溴水杨醛为催化剂,D-酒石酸为拆分剂,在甲醇溶液中进行不对称转化拆分制备得到D-苯丙氨酸甲酯,拆分后光学纯度>99%,单程收率>80%.With 3,5 - Dibromosalicylaldehyde as racemization catalyst, a general method for preparation of D - Phenylalanine methyl ester was successfully carried out by crystallization with D - tartaric acid in MeOH from L - Phenylalanine methyl ester hydrochloride being neutralized. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of the resolution reached to more than 80% with the op- tical purity to 99%.
