摘  要:蜀河水电站是陕西省境内汉江干流上的一座贯流式水电站,因为其洪峰流量巨大,采用厂内溢流式布置。水上副厂房的排架柱为梁上柱结构,基础梁跨中集中力近8 000 kN,因此基础梁的结构安全关系到整个水电站的安全运行。文章重点通过分析基础梁的施工环境和工艺等因素的影响,采用弯矩调幅法对基础梁进行了内力计算,并通过分析基础梁的受力情况,对闸墩进行结构加强。通过应用有限元软件ANSYS分析比较闸墩结构加强前后的应力情况,证实了通过对闸墩结构进行加强的合理性。Shuhe Hydropower Station is the one with tubular turbine on the nmin stream of the Hanjiang River in Shaanxi Province. Overflow structures within powerhouse are arranged due flood discharge is huge. The bent columns of the service building over water are the column structure on beam. The concentrated force in the middle of span of the foundation beam is close to 8 000 kN. Therefore, safety of the foundation beam structure is related to the safety operation of the whole hydropewer station. Through analysis on affects on the founda- tion beams by such factors of their construction environment and technology, etc, in this paper, internal force of the foundation beam is calculated by application of method of moment modulation. Through analysis on forces acted on the foundation beam, structure of gate pier is strengthened. Stresses of the structure of the gate pier strengthened before and after are analyzed by ANSYS, verifying rationality of strengthening through the gate pier.
