苏南村庄整治规划设计例析

摘　　要：村庄整治是社会主义新农村建设的核心内容之一，是惠及农村千家万户的德政工程，是立足于现实条件缩小城乡差别、促进农村全面发展的必由之路。村庄整治工作要与乡村道路建设、水利设施建设、土地整理、农村环境整治等各项工作有机结合起来，加强沟通和协调，完善村庄功能，配套基础设施，改善人居环境，整治“脏、乱、差”的农村环境风貌，构建和谐的适宜人居的新农村。本文针对常州市武进区嘉泽镇观庄村观庄居民点整治规划的项目概况、规划思路和整治规划方案进行了论述。通过规划整治，改善观庄村的人居环境，保护农村生态资源，树立美丽乡村的良好风貌，构建城乡和谐社会。Village renovation is one of the core contents of socialist new village construction, the benevolent rule project which will benefit thousands of families, and the only way to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and to promote the rural all-round development based on the actual conditions. The village renovation should be integrated with rural road construction, construction of water conservancy facilities, land consolidation, and rural environment treatment to enhance communication and coordination, improve the village functions, provide supporting infrastructures, improve the living environment, change the 'dirty, disorderly and bad' condition of rural environment, and construct harmonious and livable new countryside.
