我国公共体育服务体系研究述评

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,综述公共体育服务体系建设的意义与内涵、体制机制建设、基础设施建设、农村公共体育服务体系建设、公共体育服务体系评价等研究成果。认为:我国公共体育服务体系缺乏实证研究,基础理论研究薄弱,中国化、本土化研究不够充分等。提出:应加强公共体育服务外延研究、不同层级政府间责任研究、公共体育服务模式研究、公共体育服务体系发展规划及实施方案研究等后续重点研究方向。Using the method of literature review, the paper explores the achievements of the researches on public sports service system in its significance, connotation, system and mechanism construction, infrastructure facility construction, public sports service system in rural areas as well as its evaluation, etc. It believes that in the researches on public sports service system in China, there exist such problems as the lack of empirical study, inadequate fundamental theory researches, insufficient study on the issues pertinent to local places as well as China. The paper points out that the study ought to be strengthened in the denotation of public sports service, responsibilities of government at different levels, public sports service pattern, the development plan and implementation scheme, and so on.
