摘　　要：分析我国奥林匹克知识产权保护制度的现状,指出我国奥林匹克知识产权保护制度存在的问题,如缺乏对隐性市场行为的界定、缺乏对奥林匹克域名的保护条款、未明确规定非商业目的使用、未规定奥林匹克标志的合理使用等。在研究国际奥林匹克知识产权保护经验的基础上,提出适时修改和完善我国《奥林匹克标志保护条例》的措施与建议。The paper discusses the current situation of Olympic intellectual property protection system in China and points out the existing problems thereafter, such as the lack of implicit market behavior delimitation, no definite regulations to the use for commercial purposes as well as the proper utility of Olympic symbols, etc. The study, on the basis of the summary of experiences from the international Olympic intellectual property protection, provides the measures and advices to modify and improve Protection Regulations for Olympic Symbols.
