摘　　要：在明确运动员越轨行为的概念基础上,以运动员越轨行为的目的为依据,将运动员越轨行为分为情绪宣泄型、利益驱动型、精神满足型和偏激盲动型四类;从运动群体文化、运动员权利保障和运动员成长过程三方面分析运动员发生越轨行为的原因,并提出相应的对策。Athletes act as the cornerstone and protagonist as well as the direct disseminator of sports universal value. The athletes＇ behaviors and sentiment, therefore, will determine people＇ s evaluation to sport. With the proper athletes＇ behaviors, sport functions in people＇ s spiritual education; in the meanwhile, the value of sport can be realized and thus the development of sport can be meaningful. However, the athletes＇ deviant behaviors greatly reduce sport function. The study, based on the definition of deviant behavior, classifies the athletes＇ deviant behaviors into 4 types, i. e. emotion catharsis, interest drive, spiritual satisfaction and radical-blind action. The paper also analyzes the causes of deviant behaviors from mass culture, athletes＇ right guarantee and their growth, and strategies have been provided accordingly.
