保元胶囊对肺间质纤维化患者抗氧化水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察保元胶囊对肺间质纤维化患者抗氧化水平的影响。方法将60例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予保元胶囊治疗,对照组30例予N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。3个月为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的指标变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率70.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后LPO含量均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CAT、GSH-Px均升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后LPO、CAT、GSH-PX比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保元胶囊可通过调整氧化/抗氧化的失衡,提高机体抗氧化水平,从而防治间质肺间质纤维化。Objective To the effect of Baoyuan capsule on antioxidant levels in patients with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in treatment group were treated by Baoyuan capsule.30 cases in control group were treated by N-acetyl cysteine.The course was three months in two groups.The changes of LPO,CAT and GSH-Px before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0%.The total effective rate in control group was 70.0%.There was significant difference between two group on the total effective rate（P0.05）.The content of LPO after treatment was decreased in two groups,there was significant difference between before and after treatment on LPO level（P0.05）.The content of CAT and GSH-Px after treatment was increased in two groups,there was significant difference between before and after treatment on CAT and GSH-Px level（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups on LPO,CAT and GSH-Px after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Baoyuan capsules can prevent pulmonary fibrosis by adjustment of the oxidant / antioxidant imbalance and improving the antioxidant levels.
