摘 要:从76对SSR引物中筛选出29对多态引物,对我国9个主要苎麻品种进行了遗传多样性研究。结果表明:共检测到152个位点,其中多态性位点为127,占总扩增位点的83.55%,每对引物检测到2~11个位点,平均为4.38个,片段大小介于100~600bp;Popgene分析显示Nei基因多样性为0.337 1,Shannon信息指数为0.507 1;聚类分析结果显示9个苎麻品种的遗传相似系数为0.58~0.78,在遗传相似系数为0.62处可将全部材料分为A、B、C三大类,聚类分析结果与系谱来源有较好的一致性。29 pairs of polymorphic primers were selected from 76 pairs of SSR primers, which used to study the genetic diversity of nine main ramie varieties in China. The results showed that total 152 loci were identified, in which 127 loci (83.5%) were polymorphic; each primer pair detected 2-11 loci with a mean of 4.38; the fragment size ranged from 100 to 600 bp. Popgene software analysis indicated that genetic diversity of Nei was 0.337 1, and Shannon's information index was 0.507 1. The results of cluster analysis indicated that the genetic similarity coefficient of nine ramie varieties ranged from 0.58 to 0.78. With genetic similarity coefficient of 0.62, all the materials could be clustered into three groups (A, B and C). The results of cluster analysis were accordant with the results of pedigree analysis.
