摘 要:以生产中广泛应用的广甜特大金银粟、粤甜9号、金茂3号、鲜美黄金蜜和贵甜一号等5个广东雷州半岛常见甜玉米品种为试验材料,通过大田试验,研究了玉米籽粒中氨基酸、可溶性糖、脂肪、淀粉和蛋白质等5个品质指标的含量与施用钾肥的相关性。结果表明:5个甜玉米品种氨基酸和可溶性糖的含量均表现出对低钾胁迫十分敏感,缺钾将导致其含量显著降低;某些品种脂肪、淀粉以及蛋白质的含量在低钾胁迫与正常供钾条件下的差异并不显著,该3项指标对缺钾的敏感程度较低,尤其是脂肪含量。研究结果证实不同甜玉米品种之间存在耐低钾胁迫能力差异,氨基酸和可溶性糖含量可作为筛选耐低钾甜玉米品种的指标。Field experiments were carried out to investigate the correlation between application of potassium fertilizer and contents of five quality indexes (amino acid, soluble sugar, fat, starch and protein) in five different sweet maize varieties (Guangtiantedajinyin.,~u, Yuetian No.9, Jinmao No.3, Xianmeihuangjinmi and Guitian No.l). The results showed that the contents of amino acid and soluble sugar in five sweet maize varieties were very sensitive to low potassium stress, which were decreasing significantly as potassium depletion. With respect to the content of fat, starch and protein, they were not very sensitive to the amounts of potassium fertilizer, especially the content of fat. Meanwhile, no significant difference was found in the content of fat, starch and protein in some varieties with or without application of potassium fertilizer. The results above suggested that there was difference in low potassium tolerance among different sweet maize varieties, therefore, the content of amino acid and soluble sugar could be used as the indicator to select low potassium tolerance maize variety.
