摘  要:为了研究叶面喷施不同浓度重金属对烤烟上部叶生长所造成的影响,试验选用铅和镉两种重金属,采用叶面喷施的方式对供试烟株进行3次胁迫处理,以不施加重金属的烟株作为对照,分析打顶后烟株上部叶的物理性状。结果表明:供试烟株上部叶片对镉的敏感性要强于铅,镉80 mg/L和铅160 mg/L为供试品种上部叶污染危害上限浓度,超过该浓度将严重影响到供试品种上部叶正常生长发育,对烤烟产值、产量造成显著影响。In order to study the effect of foliar spraying different concentrations of heavy metals on the growth of tobacco upper leaf, foliar spraying lead and cadmium to the tobacco plant and taking non-heavy metal treated tobacco plant as control to analyze the physical characteristics of tobacco upper leaves after topping. The results showed that the sensitivity of tobacco upper leaf samples to cadmium was stronger than that to lead; the limit contaminated concentrations of cadmium and lead to tested tobacco upper leaves were 80 mg/L and 160 mg/L, respectively, moreover, exceeded the limit contaminated concentrations will influence the normal growth and development of tested tobacco upper leaves, which will cause significant influences on yield and output value of tobacco.
