光质影响植物离体再生培养的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了植物离体再生培养中光质调控技术的研究现状,重点介绍了光质对植物愈伤组织的生长和诱导分化、组培苗生长发育方面的影响,并对今后的研究进行了展望。Status quo of study on light quality regulation technique in plant in vitro culture was reviewed. Then, influences of light quality on growth and differentiation of plant callus, and on growth and development of regenerated seedlings were especially introduced. In the end, the study on light quality in the future was prospected.
