摘 要:桂航三号是由红椒一号辣椒经太空诱变处理后的材料HTX-z系统选择7代培育而成的生育期长、VC含量高、品质优的线椒新品种。果实线形,果长16~18 cm,横径1.1 cm,2~3心室。果顶锐尖,果面光滑,果皮薄,青果为深绿色,成熟果鲜红色。平均单果质量8~9 g,最大单果质量10 g。果实味微辣,风味好,鲜果辣椒素含量11.1 mg/kg,VC含量108 mg/100 g,干物质含量7.94%。Guihang No.3 was developed from HTX-z by seven years' systematic selection,and the material HTX-z was selected from the space mutation seeds of Hongjiao No.1.Guihang No.3 was a new line pepper cultivar with long growth period,high vitamin C content and high quality.Its fruit was 16-18 cm in length,1.1 cm in diameter,and fruit had two to three ventricles.The color of fruit was deep green at early mature stage and bright red at mature stage.The average fruit weight was 8-9 g,with the maximum single fruit weight of 10 g.The fresh fruit was slightly spicy and tasted good,and the capsaicin,vitamin C and dry matter contents were 11.1 mg/kg,108 mg/100 g and 7.94% respectively.
