Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.by Response Surface Methodology

摘  要:利用响应面法优化超声辅助提取唐古特白刺种子总黄酮的工艺。在单因素试验基础上筛选出乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度三个主要因素,并通过响应面分析得出最佳组合条件为:乙醇浓度66%,超声时间68min,超声温度42℃,在此最佳条件下实际测得总黄酮含量为1.20%,接近于模型预测值1.21%。试验结果表明,采用响应面法优化得到的工艺条件参数准确、可靠,具有实用价值。The ultrasound-assisted extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. seed were optimized with a response surface methodology (RSM). To obtain the maximum of extraction ratio of the total fla- vonoids, three main factors including ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction temperature were selected on the basis of experimental results of single factors. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:65% ethanol, ex- traction time 68 rain, and extraction temperature 42 ℃. Under the conditions, the optimum extraction ratio of the total fla- vonoids from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. seed was I. 20% ,cIose to the predictive extraction ratio of 1.21%. The results showed that the parameters were accurate, reliable, and practical.
