增敏催化NaIO_4氧化核固红固体基质室温磷光法测定As(Ⅴ)

摘  要:本章基于Tween-80增敏催化NalO4氧化核固红(R)的反应,导致体系的△Ip比无Tween-80时大6.2倍,据此提出了增敏催化NalO4氧化核固红(R)室温磷光法测定As(V)的新方法.本方法的检出限(LD)为2.6×10-15gmL^-1,线性范围(0.016-1.60fgspot-1),进行7次测定,其线性回归方程为△Ip^-1.876+58.464mAs(V)(fg spot^-1),n=7,相关系数(r)为0.9990,表明本方法有较高的灵敏度、精密度.同时探讨了增敏催化NalO4氧化R室温磷光法测定As(V)的反应机理.One new solid substrate room temperature phosphorimetry for the determination of As (V) has been established based on the facts that Tween-80 could sensitize and catalyze the oxidation reaction between NaIO4 and nuclear fast red (R), making the Alp of the system being 6.2 times larger than that without Tween-80. The detection limit (LD) was 2.6~10-~Sg mL-1, wide linear range was 0.016-1.60 fg spot"1, the linear regression equation was Alp = 1.876 + 58.46 m As(V) ( fg spot"l, n=7) with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9990, indicating that this method has high sensitivity and precision. At the same time, the reaction mechanism of sensitizing and catalyzing the oxidation reaction between NaIO4 and R was also discussed.
