摘　　要：福建卷烟物流网络规划的首要任务是,各地市配送中心的优先排序和作为一级重点物流中心的遴选.它关乎福建卷烟物流网络体系结构的明晰,并直接影响卷烟物流运作的效率.综合考虑销售目标市场及客户分布、资源市场及供应商分布等因素,运用模糊聚类法与成本最优法,可以从技术上解决各重点物流中心的最优覆盖区域问题,并以此来布局定位网络结构功能.Cigarette logistics network planning in Fujian＇s first task was, around the city distribution center selection priority level focus on sorting and logistics centres. It relates to the clarity of cigarette logistics network architecture in Fujian, and direct impact on the efficiency of cigarette logistics operation. Combined sales target market and customer distributions, resources, vendor distribution and market factors such as the application of optimal fuzzy clustering method and cost method, you can technically address the key Logistics Centre for optimal coverage of regional issues, and on to layout the network structure and function.
