摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方承气颗粒中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法:以AGT C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇-1%磷酸(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 ml/min。结果:芍药苷线性范围为28.0~280.0μg/ml(r=0.999 4),回收率为99.52%,RSD为1.20%;橙皮苷线性范围为7.0~70.0μg/ml(r=0.999 5),回收率为99.12%,RSD为0.66%。结论:该方法用于复方承气颗粒中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量测定具有操作简便、结果准确、灵敏的特点,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective: To determine the contents of peoniflorin and aurantiamarin in Fufang Chengqi Granule. Methods: Cls col- umn was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol - 1% phosphoric acid ( 35:65 ), at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The decting wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result : The linearity of peoniflorin with this method was good in the ranges of ( 28.0 - 280.0 μg/ ml) for aloeemodin ( r =0.999 4). The recoveries of peoniflorin was 99.52%, RSD was 1.20%. The linearity of aurantiamarin was good in the ranges of ( 7.0 - 70.0 μg/ml ) for aloeemodin ( r = 0.999 5 ). The recoveries of aurantiamarin was 99.12%, RSD was 0.66%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, precise and is suitable for assaysment of peoniflorin and aurantiamarin in Fufang Chengqi Granule.
