抗结块剂对过一硫酸氢钾复合盐性能的影响研究

摘　　要：研究了氧化镁、轻质碳酸镁、重质碳酸镁、二氧化硅、三聚磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠等不同添加剂对过一硫酸氢钾复合盐抗结块性能的影响。结果表明,与不添加抗结块剂的过一硫酸氢钾复合盐相比,添加抗结块剂的过一硫酸氢钾复合盐不论在自然环境还是在干燥器中放置,其抗结块能力都不同程度提高,其中1%轻质碳酸镁+1%氧化镁复合抗结块剂的抗结块性能最好。The effects of different additives on the anticaking performance of oxone peroxymonosulfate are studied. The ad- ditives include magnesium oxide, light magnesium carbonate, heavy magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide, sodium tripolyphos- phate, sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate, and so on. The results show that compared with the oxone peroxymonosulfate with- out anticaking agent, the anticaking performance improves both in natural environment and dryer after adding anticaking a- gents ; and the composite anticaking agent with 1% light magnesium carbonate and 1% magnesium oxide has the best anticaking performance.
