摘  要:氢气具有密度小,热传导率高的特点,发电机采用氢气冷却,可提高发电机效率。同样因为氢气极易泄漏,且具有爆炸性,给发电机安全运行带来了隐患,并且查漏有很大的难度。介绍了600MW汽轮发电机发生内冷水系统氢气轻微泄漏的一种特殊的查找方法,对发电机内冷水系统氢气泄漏的原因进行了分析,并通过对本次发电机漏氢的实例查找及处理,提出了在发电机定期检修中检验内冷水系统是否存在泄漏增加一种新的方法和措施。The hydrogen has the characteristics which are low density and high conductivity,in order to improve the efficiency of generator it use hydrogen to cool generator.Meanwhile the hydrogen is leaked easily and blasted strongly,it will bring to latent danger in the safety course of generator,and it is difficult to find the hydrogen leakage. In this paper,it presented a novel method on finding hydrogen leakage in chilled water system in the 600MW Turbo-generator,and it analyzed the caution about hydrogen leakage in chilled water system of generator,it gave a novel finding method and processing by real hydrogen leakage case.The novel method has been successfully used to find the hydrogen leakage in chilled water system of generator.
