摘　　要：本文从技术角度综述了窃电的各种方式和防治窃电的技术措施,这对维护正常的供用电秩序,在新形势下的防治窃电工作具有重要的指导意义。The various ways of stealing electricity and technical measures against stealing electricity from a technical point of view are reviewed in this paper. These measures for the maintenance of the normal order of power and prevention of stealing electricity in the new situation have an important guiding significance.
