摘 要:总结了近年来关于小麦冷驯化分子机理及与抗寒性相关基因研究的主要进展,介绍了参与低温信号传导的CBF、ICE、b-ZIP、WRKY、NAC等转录因子,以及低温响应蛋白包括ABA依赖和非ABA依赖途径的COR蛋白、水通道蛋白、微管蛋白、抗冻蛋白等的表达调控模式。分析了春化作用与冷驯化的相关性,小麦冷驯化过程中低温信号传导途径和低温响应机制,期望能对今后小麦抗寒分子育种及抗寒性分子机理的研究有所促进。In this review, the recent primary progress about the molecular mechanism of wheat cold acclimation and the gene related to cold resistance had been summarized. And, the regulation pattern of some transcriptional factors involved in cold signaling pathway such as CBF, ICE, b-Zip, WRKY, NAC were described, as well as the cold responsive proteins including COR, which participated in ABA dependent or ABA independent signaling paths, aquaporins, microtube proteins, freeze resistant proteins, and so on. Both the cold signaling pathway and the cold responsive mechanism during wheat acclimation were analyzed, and the relativity between vernalizaton and cold resistance were discussed. This article could promote the research about the molecular mechanism and molecular breeding of wheat cold resistance in future.
