摘 要:为设计新型选择性害虫诱捕技术,研究了广鹿蛾在高压汞灯提供光源的条件下对6种不同颜色的趋性差异。均匀驱散诱集的广鹿蛾后,定时统计各彩布上的广鹿蛾数量及分布情况,定义"趋性指数"(0~100)为广鹿蛾对各颜色幕布趋性大小的衡量指标。结果表明:广鹿蛾对黄色幕布的趋性最强,趋性指数达到47.10,显著高于其他颜色幕布(P<0.01);绿色布的趋性指数为24.39,显著高于其他4种颜色;紫色布的趋性指数最小。广鹿蛾对各彩色幕布趋性显著不同,由此为设计新型选择性诱捕技术提供了可行性依据,同时为研究单物种趋光性昆虫对颜色的趋性提供了新方法。In order to study the preference to six different colors in the light of high-pressure mercury lamp, so that to provide support to design a new kind of pest-trap technology. Count the number and the distribution of A. emma on each cloth after a balanced dispersion of which trapped ahead. A new definition, Preference Index, varied from 0 to 100, was used to value A. emma' s preference to cloth in different colors. The results suggested that A. emma had the strongest preference to yellow cloth, with the Preference Index of 47.10, which had significant difference (P〈0.01) when compared with other colors; the green cloth got the second strongest Preference Index of 24.39, which was significantly different from the other four kinds of cloth. The lowest Preference Index came from the purple cloth. A. emma' s preference to six different colors significantly varies, thus providing the feasibility of designing a new kind of selectively pest-trap technology. By the way, the method used in this experiment provided an alternative method for the future research in this field, focusing on single species of phototaxis insect.
