摘　　要：空军航空大学作为空军主体战斗力生成的源头院校,担负着空军飞行初级指挥军官学历教育阶段培养的重任。阐述了飞行初级指挥军官合训专业建设的必要性,介绍了合训专业建设经验,并就进一步加强合训专业建设,为飞行人才群体打造更为科学合理的知识能力素质结构提出了具体策略。As the source academy for Air Force to create the main part of fighting capability, Air Force Aviation University undertakes charged with the important training task of Air Force preliminary flight commanding officer at academic education stage. This paper introduces the necessity and experience in all - training speciality establishment of the preliminary flight commanding officer, and proposes concrete strategies to strengthen further the all - training speciality establishment and build more reasonable and scientific structure of knowledge and quality for flight crew.
