摘　　要：主要介绍了莱钢宽厚板连铸机中结晶器专家智能控制系统的应用。通过结晶器专家系统可以评估各种工艺参数，指导处理结晶器内的异常现象。结晶器专家技术在提高连铸机的产能、改善铸坯质量、减少漏钢事故等方面发挥了重要作用。The paper mainly introduces the application of expert intelligent control system for mould in the heavy continuous casting machine for wide heavy plates. By the expert system for mould, every kind of process parameter may be estimated, and the abnormal phenomena inside mould can be guided and man- aged. The expert system for mould plays an important role in enhancing the caster capacity, improving the billet quality and reducing the breakout accidents.
