摘 要:甘蓝苗期多抗性鉴定是甘蓝多抗性育种的基础。对抗源的筛选有实际应用价值。本项试验,选用4份甘蓝育种自交系材料:103,302,84-1035-7和90-1072-7。TuMV选用“甘-83-8号”毒株,CMV选用“甘91-23号”毒株,黑腐病菌(Xanthamonas campestris,pv.campestris)选用X0-1菌株。TuMV与CMV分别采用人工磨擦的接种方法;The screening for multiple disease resistant resources in cabbage play important role in breeding for multiple disease resistant cabbage and is of great value to practical utilization. 4 inbred lines of cabbage were used as the experimental muterials. They are 103, 302, 84-1035- 7 and 90-1072-7. 'Gan-83-8' strain of TuMV, 'Gan-91-23' strain of CMV, and X_(0-1) strain of Black rot were employed as the inoculums. The seedlings of cabbage are inoculated with TuMV and CMV, by means of the method of rubbing, Black rot by means of the method of spraying. There were 6 treatments in the experiment. the results of the experiment showed that. 1_(st) treatment was the best practical in the six treatments. The inbred lines such as 103-1, 84-1038-1186, 606-12-21-14 and 84-1072-3-4 el are the multiple disease resistant materials.
