摘　　要：用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统对６个鸡品种的血浆淀粉酶（Ａｍｙ）进行了多态性检测，共检测到２个区（或位点），并对其中１个区进行了表型、基因型和基因频率的统计和计算。在Ａｍｙ－１位点检测到ＡＡ、ＡＢ和 ＢＢ３种类型，ＡＡ型只在罗曼白中表现出来，海赛克斯褐、海兰褐均为ＡＢ型，在某些个体见到Ａｍｙ－２位点两条带。Six fowl breeds were used to investigate the polymorphisms of Amylase by means of polyacrylamide geleltrophoresis. We detected two areas and counted frequency of phenotype, genetype and gene for one area. Amy-1 was scored AA. AB and BB types ; AA type was found only in Lohmann White; AB type belonged to Hiowlssex Brown and Hisex Brown. There were two bands of Amy-2 location in some fowls
