摘　　要：从实用角度出发，综合评述了植物转基因技术的研究现状和发展趋势；探讨了植物转化系统的实用化标准：提出了植物遣传转化研究各个方面（包括组织培养、基因转移、转化体筛选、基因表达等）存在的问题和发展策略。This paper practically summarizes the present situation and development trend of plant transformation, discusses the practical requiements of plant transformation system, and puts forward the problems and development strategies in fields of plant transformation including plant tissue culture, gene transfer,transformant selection, transgene expression and so on.
