摘　　要：工程量清单模式下编制的招标控制价,存在的问题很多.本文通过工程案例对招标控制价出现工程量计算不准确、综合单价不对的问题,进行分析其原因;并提出解决问题对策.There are a lot of problems existing in the bidding controlling price under the mode of BOQ （bill of quantity）. After analyzing the causes of the problems like inaccurate calculation of quantities and wrong aggregative unit price, countermeasures to solve these problems were suggested.
