美洲大蠊对小鼠移植性肝癌的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:以美洲大蠊作为治疗药物,研究其对小鼠移植性肝癌的影响,为肝癌的临床选药提供理论依据。方法:100只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、5-FU组、CTX组、美洲大蠊未脱脂粉大、中、小剂量组以及美洲大蠊脱脂粉大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。建立小鼠移植性肝癌模型,观察美洲大蠊对肿瘤抑制率、生存时间的影响。结果:与模型组比较,美洲大蠊未脱脂粉及脱脂粉中、小剂量组小鼠瘤重降低,脱脂型中剂量组小鼠生存时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美洲大蠊未脱脂粉及脱脂粉均对小鼠肝癌有抑制作用。Objective ：To observe effects of Periplaneta americana on transplanted hepatoma of mice. Methods：100 mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, 5-FU group, CTX group, Periplaneta americana large dosage group, middle dosage group, small dosage group and Periplaneta americana skimmed powder large dosage group,middle dosage group, small dosage group.Model mice of transplanted hepatoma was established, effects of Periplaneta americana on weight of tumor and survival time of mice were observed. Results ：Compared with model group,weight of tumor was significantly decreased in middle dosage group and small dosage group of Periplaneta americana skimmed powder and Periplaneta americana, survival time of mice was extended in middle dosage group of Periplaneta Americana （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Periplaneta americana powder and Periplaneta americana skimmed powder have inhibitive effect on transplanted hepatoma of mice.
