摘  要:在无任何添加剂的情况下,以2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉为螯合剂,考察了时间(10~90 min),温度(313~343K),压力(10~25 MPa),螯合物与金属的摩尔比(50︰1~200︰1)等因素对8种金属离子(Cu2+,CO2+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Pb2+,Cd2+,Mn2+,Zn2+)萃取效率的影响.结果表明,螯合物对Cu2+萃取效率最高,在最佳条件下(323 K,30 min,25 MPa,螯合物与金属离子的摩尔比为200︰1)达88.23%.而在同一萃取体系中,8种金属离子的萃取常数(Kex)随着萃取效率的增加而增加.Abstract This paper studied the extraction efficiencies of 8 metal ions ( Cu^2+ , CO^2+ , Ni^2 +, Fe^3+ , Pb^2+ , Cd^2+ , Mn^2+ and Zn^2 + ) with 2-Methyl-8-hydroxy-quinoline as chelating ligand in supercritical carbon dioxide ( sc-CO2 ) without any other additives. The effects of time (10 - 90 min),temperature (313- 343 K),pressure (10 -25 MPa),and molar ratio of ligand to metal (50 : 1 - 200 : 1 ) on the extraction efficiency of metal ions were systematically investigated. The results showed that the best extraction efficiency was 88.23% for Cu^2+ , obtained in the optimized condition of 30 min, 323 K,25 MPa, ligand to metal ratio of 200:1. And the extraction constants (Kox) of the 8 metal ions increased with the increase of the extraction efficiency in the same extraction system.
