摘　　要：本文阐述成都航空职业技术学院经过两年的探索,通过科学界定系党政联席会议制度的五项事宜,着重处理好三种关系,实现了四个"有利于",增强了决策科学性及议事透明度,促进了系工作的科学化、民主化、规范化。With two years of exploration and practice, Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic （CDAFF） has scientifically de- fined the five matters related to Party - government - joint meeting system. CDAFT also focuses on three types of Rela-tionships, thus realizing four Benefits. Party - government - joint meeting system in departments enhances scientific deci- sion making, transparency in discussion, and promotes the democratization, normalization and scientific approach toward department work.
