论元明清时期治理滇池水患的方法

摘　　要：元代赛典赤.赡思丁主滇时期确定治理滇池的主要方法:上游筑坝分流;中游多开干流,挖深河床,加固河堤;下游疏通海口,尤重重视上游和下游;这一方法也为明清两代所继承,主要是通过降低滇池水面,防范、减少周边水灾。此法沿用了几百年,具有很大的合理性。In the yuan dynasty, Sai Dianchi·shan siding determined the flood management method： damming and di- verting in the upper reaches, opening the trunk and deepening the river bed to strengthen the river in the middle reaches, dredging the entrance of the river in the downstream. The upper reaches and the downstream were especially paid attention to. This method was inherited by the Ming and Qing dynasties which was to prevent and reduce the surrounding flood by lowering surface of the dianchi. The rationality of the method was proved by several hundred years.
