基于应用能力培养的经管类经济法课程教学改革探讨——以黄山学院为例

摘　　要：地方本科院校多以为行业及所在区域的经济社会发展培养应用型人才为办学目标,经济法作为教育部确定的我国高等院校经管类专业必须开设的核心课程,在教学过程中应加强其专业侧重的法律能力的培养,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式和教学考核等方面作相应改革和构建,以切实提高经管类经济法课程教学实效。Local college＇s goal is to cultivate applied talents for the industry and the economic and social development of the local area. As a core course for economics and management majors in university, Economic Law should be taught with the professional focus on the legal ability training, meanwhile, the teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching assessments should be reformed in order to improve the teaching effectiveness.
