摘　　要：随着人口的增长和科学技术的发展,森林资源也在不断的遭受破坏甚至恶化,所以,保护森林已成为走可持续发展的关键问题。而黄岗侗族村社在对森林维护和利用方面已形成了一整套习惯法,并对该村落的森林资源起到很好的保障作用。因此,研究和分析侗族习惯法对森林资源的有序有效配置及可持续发展具有重要的价值。With the growth of population and the development of science and technology, the forest resources are constantly damaged or become even worse than before. Protecting the forest has become the key to sustainable development. Huang Gang Dong village has formed a complete set of customary law in the maintenance and use of forests and played an important role in the protection of forest resources in the village. Therefore, research and analysis of Dong customary law is of great value and help us make effective allocation of the forest resources and achieve sustainable development.
