摘　　要：从高校图书馆引入学生勤工俭学参与图书馆服务工作的现状,分析图书馆学生勤工俭学工作的必要性、存在的问题,并对勤工俭学工作的管理做了探讨,力求图书馆事业发展和勤工俭学学生的培养锻炼双赢互利。We aim to have an analysis about the necessity and existing problems about students study under a work-study programme of working in the libraries on campuses based？on the current situation. In addition, we discussed the management of work-study programme, to achieve the goal that both libraries and students can benefit from the work-study programme.
