摘　　要：信息不对称是导致"数字鸿沟"出现的重要原因,其中软硬件资源的不足是目前数字资源不能在高校普及使用的主要瓶颈。高校应通过硬件设施建设、丰富软件资源、加强宣传与引导等措施,有效地消弭"数字鸿沟",保持信息交流的通畅。Information asymmetry is the important reason for the appearance of digital gap. The shortage of software and hardware resources is the bottleneck that digital resources can not be popular in colleges. Universities and colleges should construct hardware facilities, enrich software resources and strengthen propaganda to put an end to the ＂ digital gap＂ , and keep the information communication going smoothly.
