摘 要:对河北省不同地区发病猪场分离的已经过系统鉴定的12株猪源大肠杆菌,采用K-B纸片法进行了15种抗生素的耐药性检测,并提取质粒,对耐药谱和质粒谱型进行了比较分析。结果显示,分离菌株对氨苄西林的耐药率达到了100%,对阿莫西林的耐药率为91.7%,对四环素和复方新诺明的耐药率介于50%~70%。分离菌株存在多重耐药性,以耐4种、6种和7种药物为主,占总数的75%。对分离菌株耐药谱与质粒谱的分析表明,大肠杆菌的质粒携带与细菌的耐药性之间并没有明显的对应关系。In this experiment,the antimicrobial susceptibilities to 15 antibiotics of 12 pathogenic Escherichia co- li from piglets of different cities and counties in Hebei province were determined by Kirby-Bauer method. The plasmid was extracted and 12 drug-resistant strains were analyzed for molecular typing and plasmid homology cluster. The results showed that: 100 resistance rate against ampicillin and 91.7 against Amoxicillin. The re- sistance rate against tetracyclineand trimethoprim and sulphame-thoxazole were 50%- 70%. Multi-drug resist- ance test showed that 75% E. coli strains were 4,6 and 7 kinds of antibiotics resistance. The analysis of com- parative resistance spectra and plasmid profile showed that there was no direct relationship between the drug resistance and the number and size of plasmids.
