葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法:将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用采用葛根素联合推拿治疗,对照组30例,单用葛根素0.2～0.4 g。结果:治疗组颈性眩晕临床症状改善,平均显效时间(3.28±1.51)d;对照组颈性眩晕临床症状改善,平均显效时间(6.46±2.74)d,两组间对照差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕可以控制临床症状,是颈性眩晕康复的有效方法。Objective ： Study effect of Puerarin combined with massage therapy in treating cervical vertigo effect. Methods： 60 patients with cervical vertigo patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 30 eases by using the puerarin consociation sibeline massage therapy. A control group of 30 cases, one with puerarin in 0.2 - 0.4 g. Results： The treatment group of cervical vertigo symptoms got an average time 3.28 ±1.51 d. The control group cervical vertigo symptoms got an average time 6.46 ＋ 2.74 d, control the difference between the two groups are significant （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Massage the puerarin consociation sibeline cure cervical vertigo can control the clinical symptoms, cervical vertigo is the effective method to select rehabilitation.
