摘　　要：CBD(中央商务区)地区土地商业价值高,路网容量有限,结合CBD地区的用地类型和停车需求特征,提出两阶段分析方法。第一阶段根据CBD区域道路交通网络特征,分析CBD区域路网容量和最大停车空间;第二阶段结合CBD地区的用地开发特征,研制泊位共享机制下的停车需求规模。最后,通过苏州CBD的停车泊位供给量计算,反映该分析方法的可操作性和合理性。CBD （Central Business District） is higher land commercial value and the limited road network capacity. Combined with CBD land types and parking demand characteristic, two phase analysis method was proposed in paper. Firstly, analysis of the road network capacity and the maximum parking space in CBD according to the road traffic network features; secondly, Development parking supply based shared Park mechanism, combined with CBD land development characteristics. Finally, taken the Suzhou CBD parking supply as a calculation example, the result reflects the operability and rationality of this method.
