摘　　要：多方式换乘不仅决定了轨交线路服务范围,影响公交系统服务质量,同时影响沿线设施建设。针对上海11号线嘉定区内轨交站点多方式换乘现状进行客流调查,分析市域线客流特征、客流出行特征和多方式换乘的现状,以及轨道交通11号线多方式换乘存在的问题,为市域线轨交站多方式换乘设施规划建设提供参考。The transfer mode determines the service scope of the rail transit, which not only relates to service quality of public transport system, but also largely influences the construction along the way. Taking the passenger flow survey at stations in Jiading of Shanghai rail transit line 11 as the foundation, the research analysis the current situation of passengers＇ characters, traveling characters and multimode transfer, and then points out the problem of transfer modes to give reference for the planning and construction of multimode transfer to the suburban rail transit stations.
