河北省农业生产的水资源管理对策

摘　　要：针对河北省水资源现状和农业生产实际,提出了河北省农业生产中落实水资源管理"三条红线"的对策,具体包括实行用水定额管理,控制农业用水总量;提高农业用水效率,实现节水增产增收;合理施肥,实施水肥一体化技术,防治水体污染,并根据各项措施提出了相应的解决途径。According to present status of water resources and agriculture production, countermeasures for the ＂Three Red Lines＂ of water resources management were proposed, which included the implementation of water quota management, controlling the total amount of agricultural water, improvement for agricultural water use efficiency under water saving conditions, rational application of fertilizer and integration of water and fertilizer technology, which water pollution would be prevented. At last the appropriate ways to resolve the measures were proposed.
